At Littlestix, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• You must record a clear, unedited opening video of the package on the same day of delivery.
• The video should clearly show the shipping label, the unopened package, and the product inside.
